Master's in Finance or CA/CIA Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a Senior Audit role

50 years old is the maximum age.

Ability Conditions:

Must carry out certain activities as directed by the Board of Directors or Audit Committee

maintaining contact with the company's external and commercial auditors; excellent interpersonal, time-management, and presentation abilities
